At 12:30 p.m. on Novemeber 22, 1963 President John F. Kennedy is assinated while driving through Dealey Plaza in downtown Dallas, Texas. Gun fire suddenly errupted in Dealey Plaza. President Kennedy was struck in the right collar bone and in the neck while Governor Connally was also hit in the chest. Connally's bullet shattered, projecting bullet fragment into his right hand and left leg.
